Hotel Madero Buenos Aires

The staff, especially Ms. Despo in reservations, Sebastián in concierge, Gabriel in reception and Maximiliano in the spa, were excellent. The hotel was in a nice quiet section, but at the same time a distance away from simple things like a pharmacy.

They have an excelente breakfast selection and attention. Front desk and bell boy very helpful. Near a multitude of good restaurants. Bar was good as well.

The hotel is nicely located within Puerto Madero. That means you have walking access to many high quality restaurants and limited number of shops. Even few museums are within range. The surroundings are inviting ultra modern (for Argentina), luxurious and safe. However safe access to the financial centre and shopping areas requires taking a taxi or some other transport.

This is the third time we have stayed at Hotel Madero because we like it so much. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The location is great and there are wonderful restaurants nearby. A lovely hotel!

Big, comfortable room. Nice bed. Bathroom okay, not really brand new but all was fine. By far the best I saw in Argentina, let's put it that way. Very helpful and friendly staff. Silent room, well isolated.
